About Jupiter Yacht Club
Jupiter Yacht Club is a gated waterfront condominium community on the Intracoastal Waterway, on the east side of US-1 just south of the Indiantown Road bridge. It is five mid-rise buildings, the Pointe, the Admiral, the Mariner, the Commodore and the Anchorage, built between about 2002 and 2006 and standing six to seven stories. Residences are large for a condo: mostly two to four bedrooms, from roughly 2,000 to more than 3,500 square feet under air, many with wide Intracoastal views. The buildings are not interchangeable. The Pointe, the original building, has two-story penthouses on top and ground-floor residences with a private staircase from the patio down to the marina. Two things set it apart from every other condo in Jupiter. The first is the marina: about 80 boat slips on the property, sold as their own condominium units, so a slip is a separate purchase from a residence. The second is location. The Town of Jupiter's public Riverwalk runs along the marina, and Harbourside Place, with its restaurants, hotel and amphitheater, is a short walk north under the bridge. Café des Artistes, a French bakery and bistro, and Dive Bar Restaurant sit right on the marina, and the ocean beaches are a few minutes away by car. Very few addresses in northern Palm Beach County let you keep a boat below your building and walk to dinner.
The Pointe: penthouses upstairs, stairs to the marina downstairs
The Pointe, at 340 S US-1, is the original Jupiter Yacht Club building, finished around 2002, and it has two layouts you will not find in the other four. At the top are two-story penthouses. At the bottom, the ground-floor residences have a private staircase from the patio straight down to the marina, so if you also own or rent a slip nearby, your boat can be a few steps from your back door. That combination is rare in a Jupiter condo and it prices accordingly. Because slips are sold separately, a ground-floor unit does not come with the slip below it: ask which slips are closest, whether any are for sale or rent, and what they would cost before you pay for the stairs.
A slip is a separate purchase from a condo
The Jupiter Yacht Club marina is its own condominium, and its slips are individually owned units. Published counts differ: Waterway Guide lists 79 slips, while the Town of Jupiter's Riverwalk page says 89, so ask the marina association for the current number. Buying a residence does not come with a slip, and owning a slip does not require owning a residence. Slips change hands on the MLS like any other property, and some owners rent theirs out. If a boat is the reason you are looking here, price the slip and the residence as two transactions, and check the slip's length, beam, depth and dock position against your boat before you commit to either. Waterway Guide lists the largest vessel at 65 feet and about 5 feet of depth at mean low water.
Getting to the ocean: two drawbridges, no fixed bridge
By boat, the Jupiter Inlet is about two miles north. The route passes under two bridges, and both open: the Indiantown Road bascule bridge (about 35 feet of clearance closed, opening on the hour and half hour) and the rebuilt US-1 bridge, which FDOT reopened in 2025 with up to 42 feet of clearance and opens on demand. There is no fixed bridge between the marina and the inlet, which is why sportfishing boats and taller vessels can keep a slip here. Bridge schedules can change, so check the current rules before you plan around them.
The kayak launch is the Town's, not the condo's
The public Riverwalk passes through the property along the marina, and the Town of Jupiter lists the Jupiter Yacht Club stretch as a Riverwalk point of interest with public parking and public day slips. That makes the waterfront feel like part of the community, but the path, the day docks and any paddle launching along it are public, open to everyone, and not an amenity of the condominium. Buyers sometimes hear otherwise, so it is worth knowing going in.
Several associations, not one
Each building sits under a condominium association (the Commodore and the Anchorage share one), a master property owners' association covers the shared grounds, and the marina has its own condominium association. A buyer who owns a residence and a slip pays into more than one of them. Ask for every budget, the most recent milestone inspection and structural integrity reserve study that Florida law now requires for condo buildings of three stories or more, and any special assessments, adopted or under discussion, for each association you will belong to.

The Jupiter Yacht Club Lifestyle
Daily life here runs along the water. The Riverwalk gives you a morning walk that starts at your building, coffee and a pastry at Café des Artistes are a short stroll along the marina, and dinner or an event at Harbourside Place is a walk under the Indiantown Road bridge rather than a drive. On Sundays the Green & Artisan Market sets up at the Plaza Down Under under the same bridge. The trade-off for that convenience is activity: the Riverwalk is public, Harbourside draws crowds on weekends and during events, and US-1 is a busy road. Before you buy, visit on a Friday night and a Sunday morning, not only a quiet weekday, and pick a building and a side of the building with that in mind.
