About Canterbury Place
Canterbury Place is a mixed village of 144 single-family homes and 173 townhomes, according to the Abacoa Property Owners’ Assembly. The architecture is Tuscan and French country; listing pages add barrel clay tile roofs, arched entries and louvered shutters. Listings credit Centex Homes, mostly about 2006–2007, though individual homes range from about 2005 to 2010.
The homes surround a natural lake with tropical landscaping, and the Abacoa association says residents can walk or bike to Abacoa restaurants and shops. If you’ve seen townhomes advertised on Dakota Drive, many of them are part of Canterbury Place in the MLS.
