About Valencia
Valencia at Abacoa is a village of custom-built single-family homes, about 137 of them, finished around 2003–2004. Listing pages name several builders, including Frankel-Paone, Issa, Delcrest and The Spear Group, but we have not confirmed that list at the page level. This is not a condo or townhome village.
Homes run from about 2,300 to over 5,000 square feet under air, three to six bedrooms, in a Mediterranean style: stucco, arched doorways or iron gates and terra-cotta tile roofs, with private pools and lanais common. Of the Abacoa villages we checked, this is the one that skews highest in size and price.

What it’s like to live in Valencia
Per listings, the village has a clubhouse, fitness center, heated pool and a mini-park maintained by the HOA, with two large lakes, trails and a nature preserve along its southeast edge. It sits at the northeast corner of Frederick Small Road and Central Boulevard, west of Military Trail. We did not find a source for walking distance to Town Center, so test the route yourself.
