Harbourside Place: Jupiter's Walkable Waterfront

Jupiter is a driving town. You drive to the beach, to the grocery store, to dinner. Harbourside Place is the one spot where that changes: you park once, and the restaurants, the water, the amphitheater and the Riverwalk are all a short walk from each other.

It sits on the northwest corner of Indiantown Road and US-1, right on the Intracoastal. Here is what it is, how the parking and docking actually work, what changed in 2026, and what it means if you are thinking about living close by.

What Harbourside Place is

Harbourside Place is a waterfront mixed-use district of more than 750,000 square feet at 200 N US Highway One. It opened in October 2014 with restaurants, shops, offices, a marina, an outdoor amphitheater at its north end, and the Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place, a 179-room hotel with a rooftop pool.

It was developed by Nicholas Mastroianni II, and the roughly $150 million project was financed in part by about $99.5 million from 199 foreign investors through the federal EB-5 visa program. His company, Summit Ventures, still owns and runs most of it.

People spell it both ways. The official name is Harbourside, with the British "u", though you will see "Harborside" on signs, menus and maps all over town.

Where to eat

Dining is the main reason people go. The official directory, as of September 2026, lists:

• The Woods Jupiter, Tiger Woods' restaurant and bar
• Ruth's Chris Steak House
• Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar
• Calaveras Cantina, Mexican
• Mana Greek Fusion
• The Jupiter Grill
• Pura Vida, for a lighter lunch
• Subculture Coffee and Gelato & Co. for the walk afterward

A short walk south along the Riverwalk, under the Indiantown Road bridge, two more sit on the water at the Jupiter Yacht Club marina: Café des Artistes, a French bakery and bistro, and Dive Bar Restaurant.

Events: the amphitheater, the markets and the holidays

The amphitheater at the north end hosts live music, yoga and seasonal events. The schedule changes through the year, so the center's own events page is the place to check.

Sunday mornings cause the most confusion, because there are two markets:

• The Jupiter Green & Artisan Market runs Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., year-round, rain or shine. It is not inside Harbourside. It sets up at the Town's Plaza Down Under, under the Indiantown Road bridge, just south.
• The Market at Harbourside Place is a separate Sunday waterfront market inside the district. It has run seasonally with changing hours, so check before you go.

Since they are a two-minute walk apart, most people just do both.

A few dates worth knowing:

• Jupiter HarbourFest runs October 16–17, 2026. The Friday evening tasting is at Harbourside, and Saturday moves to the Plaza Down Under.
• The tree lighting and Santa's arrival happen at Harbourside in late November. In 2025 it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
• The Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade comes up the Intracoastal in early December, and Harbourside and the Riverwalk are two of the best places in Jupiter to watch it.

Parking

There are two parking garages. As of September 2026, the official rates are:

• The first two hours are free.
• The third hour costs $3.90, then $0.65 per 20 minutes.
• There is a $15 daily maximum.

Street parking inside the district is free when you can find it.

On a Friday or Saturday night in season, or during an amphitheater event, the garages fill. Come early, or park at one of the Town's free Riverwalk lots and walk in.

Arriving by boat

Harbourside has a 31-slip marina, and 10 of those slips are public. Day docking runs from 8 a.m. to midnight. It is one of the few places in Jupiter where you can tie up and walk straight into dinner. What changed in 2026

In February 2026, the Jupiter investment firm Voloridge Investment Management bought part of Harbourside Place for $57.6 million.

• What Voloridge bought: the office, retail and restaurant buildings at 110 and 115 Front Street and 100 and 102 N Coastal Way, a parking garage, and vacant land. It announced plans for a new building focused on health and wellness.
• What stayed with Summit Ventures: the hotel, the amphitheater and the remaining retail.
• Other announced plans: a redesigned amphitheater, an expanded waterfront with better water access, and a major renovation of the hotel.

No construction dates had been confirmed as of this writing. If you are buying nearby, it is worth following, both for what it adds and for the construction it will take to get there.

Living near Harbourside

The closest homes are at **Jupiter Yacht Club**, five mid-rise condominium buildings just south of the Indiantown Road bridge. The Riverwalk runs along their marina, and Harbourside is a short walk north. Very few addresses in northern Palm Beach County put a boat slip and a walk to dinner in the same place.

The trade-off is the same thing that makes it appealing. Harbourside draws crowds on weekends and during events, the Riverwalk is public, and US-1 and Indiantown Road are two of Jupiter's busiest roads. If you are looking at a home nearby, visit on a Friday night and a Sunday morning, not only a quiet weekday afternoon.
