Antique Row and the south end
Antique Row's own site places the district at 2700–3900 South Dixie Highway. Discover The Palm Beaches describes it as the stretch between Belvedere Road and Southern Boulevard, with more than 40 antique, art and design shops. The last three places here are farther south on the same highway.

Getting there and parking
- Downtown garages and meters: the City runs several downtown garages and posts current rates, including weekend and event rates, on its parking rates page.
- West Palm MOVE: the City's fixed route runs north and south between the Norton Museum of Art and Northwood Village, with stops at downtown/Clematis and CityPlace. As of September 2026, West Palm MOVE lists rides at $1, about every 10 minutes, until 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 p.m. on Sunday. App-booked on-demand rides are $2. Check the schedule before you count on a ride home after dinner.
- Elsewhere: the Nora District posts its own parking information on its website. For other areas, check the venue's site or call ahead.
- Event nights: Clematis by Night and the GreenMarket bring extra visitors downtown. The City posts parking details on its event pages.
Hours, reservations and seasons
Hours, menus and booking systems vary from place to place. Several of the listings take reservations through OpenTable, Resy or Tock, and others are counter-service. Some post shorter summer schedules, and several open only on certain nights. Check the venue's own site, linked in each listing, before you go.
What changed, and what isn't listed yet
- Grandview Public Market has closed. Earlier versions of this guide listed the food hall on Clare Avenue. Its old web address no longer leads to the market, and the block now operates as Caroline Station.
- Nora District openings are staggered. Pastis and Indaco are listed as coming soon on their own sites, so they aren't in the guide yet.
- Respectable Street, the Clematis Street music club, advertises a grand reopening on October 30, 2026 on its own site.
How this list was put together
We started from the Downtown Development Authority and CityPlace directories, the Northwood Village, Nora District, Antique Row and Caroline Station sites, and the MICHELIN Guide's West Palm Beach listings. We kept only places whose own website showed current operation: posted hours, live ordering or reservations, or dated 2026 menus or events. The one exception is Isla & Co., whose current hours come from the Caroline Station directory. We checked every address against the City of West Palm Beach's parcel data, and left out places we couldn't confirm, including restaurants whose websites were for sale, parked, or showed a closure notice. There are no rankings, ratings or paid placements here.
