I would like to take the opportunity to share my experience with realtor Christine Dekant of Keyes Real Estate.  As a young first time home buyer, I felt very vulnerable and naïve when I began searching for my new home.  I came across Christine by chance and she promptly scheduled a time to meet with me to discuss my needs and search for properties.  Throughout the search process she was very patient and never pushy, and was persistent about researching background information about specific properties while making herself available to view others.

 

During the sales negotiation, she helped me make the right offer and counteroffer to get the price I wanted.  After we accepted an offer, she continued to be patient with me and was able to get all my inquiries answered by the owner and listing realtor in a timely manner.

 

Christine was able to get me into the property I wanted with very little anxiety and absolutely no sales pressure.  To top it all off, she even brought me a house warming gift on the day of the closing.  I am very pleased with my new home and will recommend Christine to my friends and colleagues in the future.
